I hope I can express how phenomenal my experience has been with Zack Seltzer and Chandler Gilligan of Seltzer Real Estate. I inherited a home in PCB, FL and decided that I wanted to list it for sale. Small problem... I live in Texas and wasn't able to travel to Florida to assess its condition, nor ready it for sale. I contacted Zack, explained my predicament to him, and without hesitation, he explained that he is well rehearsed in handling this exact scenario. I overnighted the house keys to him, then he conducted a video walkthrough of the house and we discussed various pricing and selling options. He and Chandler acted as liaisons between me and the buyer, the title company, and the closing company. The entire transaction was wrapped up in less than thirty days and I could not be happier! Zack and Chandler were the best real estate team we have worked with through 20 years and 4 moves. They were prompt, professional, and personable. Don’t let their youth fool you. They know the real estate business. We were 500 miles away but Seltzer’s kept us informed with timely texts, calls, and emails. Chandler took us through at least 10 homes and answered every question we had. When we did the final walk through the day before closing, the air conditioning was not working. Chandler contacted the sellers agent immediately and got it taken care of at the sellers expense, so that when we closed, the house was perfect!

Zack did a great job helping us sell our condo. He quickly responded to my many questions and was always so kind and professional. Our buyer used a lender that required things we’d never heard of and Zack made sure I understood every step of the process. He was able to help us understand the current market and choose a listing price that would help us get it sold.
