Recently we closed on a house in the Orlando, Florida area, and couldn’t be happier with the home. This isn’t our first house, but it definitely was the easiest experience due to Brooke Green and Team Schroth. Rustin was our realtor for our home purchase late 2020. We originally were put into contact with him when we were looking into a "rent to own" program. When we decided to go the traditional route, he was able to stay with us as our realtor. He is great- extremely responsive, super knowledgeable, and a great advocate when anything came up during the purchase process. Not to mention, he is so super nice! While I won't need a realtor anytime soon, as I love our home and don't plan on moving for decades, I will absolutely be recommending him to anyone I know who is looking for a home!

My first contact with Will was via a personalized video he made introducing himself and walking me through how to start my home buying journey. This was super thoughtful, especially during a pandemic where face-to-face meetings are, in some cases, not a possibility. My ideal home was a 2 story with 4 bedrooms and, at least, 2.5 baths. I figured that I would have to compromise on what I wanted, as the chances of finding a home like that within my price range was likely to be a tall order. However, he was able to make magic happen. After about 2 weeks working with him, and 2 trips looking at homes, he found a 2 story, 5 bedroom, 3 bath house at the perfect price. On day 2 of looking at the houses, I signed a contract for my perfect home. Working with Will was an absolute dream. For someone who is a first time home buyer and didn't have a lot of experience with what to expect, Will was there guiding me through every step of the way. I appreciate his dedication to finding me the right home and making sure I had all the information that I needed to make the right decision for me. I cannot recommend Will highly enough. If you're looking for your dream home, Will will make it happen!

I was living in Los Angeles, CA when I was offered a great Job in the Space Coast of Florida. Needed to find a home quickly and didn't have the time to fly back and forth to see if they were as good as they looked online. If you have been shopping for a home you know they seldomly do. She went out and looked at all the homes we wanted to see and video conferenced with us so we could do virtual walk throughs way before the pandemic made that a normal thing. She meet with our contractors to do inspections since we wanted to make sure everything was as good as it looked. She drove the 130 miles round trip from her home to Palm Bay where we found a home we had fallen in love with, more times then I can count to make sure everything went smoothly. When things went off course she was always on top of it. Even contacting our bank in California when they messed up the paperwork to walk them through it. Keeping us always in the loop when things were due or when something was completed. She made it a smooth process and I highly recommend her to anyone interested in buying a home.
