This is our second home buying experience with Shawna and we will continue to use her as long as she’s still in the business. She goes above and beyond to get you your home. She is always willing to go with you to appointments, walkthroughs, inspections, and whatever else so that she can be the trained eye to point out anything the untrained eye may not see. She let us know on our first home that the original lender we were using was basically using our ignorance in home buying for their financial benefit, and she found us a lender who worked FOR us instead (rather than trying to suck money out of us). The second home we bought with her was a new construction in a new community. She sat us down and went over why buying a new construction may be detrimental depending upon who the builder is. Using that information, we were able to choose a builder that ended up giving us zero issues along the process and produced a quality home for us in the end. Shawna herself was impressed! I find Shawna to be the most savvy, diligent, and cut throat realtor in Colorado. If you are looking to buy a home fast and not have to suffer through multiple fruitless bidding wars then give her a call. To top it off, she’s just a cool person to work with. Funny, smart, and patient. I would definitely give her a call if you’re looking to buy using a VA home loan too. Her family is a military family and she definitely has passion to get us Veterans into homes!

Although we were already under contract on a home when we met Shawna, I would still highly recommend her as an agent. She still came to Greeley 3 separate times to show me at least 10+ houses (we ended up with the house we were under contract on). She reached out to builders on our behalf and negotiated prices for us. She was extremely responsive and so very understanding. She listened to what we wanted and adjusted her searches from what we said after looking at each house.

Shawna was wonderful in helping us buy our first home. She was very patient and informative. We work night schedule which makes it hard to schedule "day time" events but she made easy, as she was very flexible. I would text her at midnight and she wouldn't mind and always get back to me in a timely manner. Her response time is great and reassuring. Shawna was AMAZING for our first home buying experience - and she still is! I reached out to her again recently after only living in our home for 5 months because we decided to just flip it and move on to something bigger and better. She was at my house only two days later and spent nearly 3 hours with us, walking through the house and recommending what we should fix up to get the best offers possible (because she has flipping experience as well). She spent time with us going over what we truly want in our next home and developed a "game plan" for us to get there. Oh, and when I initially reached out to her after we had already been living in our house for a while she responded to my email with an excel spreadsheet of all the numbers and projections she could find about what I wanted to know! Shawna works very hard. In my experience she responds to texts within 5-10 minutes and will drop what she is doing and go show you a home the minute it comes on the market. When we realized we just wanted to sell and move on (luckily our circumstances allow us to do so) we already knew we should contact her. She will get your house sold in 1 week or less, almost guaranteed. I cannot recommend her enough. I don't think there is a better agent out there.
