Richard and his team sold my house in three days at a price significantly higher than asking. This was in part because of being a sellers market, but also because they took great photos and got the word out there. When we were buying, Richard knew what we were looking for and what would work best for our lifestyle change. He helped us find a home that works for our family. I told my husband after looking at a home that wasn't for us that I felt like Richard was our advocate. He is very kind and just a pleasant person to work with. His team is awesome as well.

When searching for a realtor, we were looking for someone who was honest and reliable. Everything we found about Richard McDonough and his team indicated this is what they are. This man, Richard McDonough helped us sell our home with amazing direction as how to prepare , promote & advertise that we'd never heard of - detailed pictures of our property & home were put into a booklet which made our home look great. He was patient with us & always answered our phone calls no matter what day of the week or what time of day it was. His staff was also very helpful when needed. When we said we wanted to downsize into a townhome he immediately gave us assistance with Christine Skaret who works closely with him. Working with Cricket and Richard was a breath of fresh air, after a previous experience with another realtor did not work out. (She even borrowed us some of her furniture to stage our house!) Cricket used an excellent photographer, which immediately made our house look great on the web for potential buyers. When we received an offer, she helped advise us and did everything she could to make the closing go seamlessly.

I've bought and sold several houses in my lifetime but my experience with Richard McDonough as a realtor was by far the best one I've ever had.
