Randell has earned the highest 5 star rating as my realtor, and I will always be consulting him and his company Better Properties of DuPont for any future real estate purchases that I make! Randell helped me after my house burned down in Parkland, Washington, to decide among all of the difficult choices: whether to rebuild to obtain the highest resale value, or to sell the property "as is" so that I would not have to invest any money in the property especially to demolish the building. He is technologically very skilled and was able very rapidly to compare and contrast all options for me. Ultimately, I decided to sell the property "as is" to my good friend and neighbor, with Randell serving as sole realtor. Kelly was our realtor for when we were selling our home. This was a pcs move for us so it can get difficult. Victoria is absolutely the best! I work full time and was really struggling to find anything on my own. She really made my first time home buying experience great! She was excellent at responding quickly to texts, emails and answering my calls! With my daughter in tow. We looked at some houses together. It was a fun experience for me and my daughter! Randell has been very helpful in our search for a home. Eventhough we were very picky on what we wanted, he was very patient with us and responded to our requests for home viewing/showing promptly. We did not have any loan officer and he recommended someone, who gave us the best rate and was also very knowledgeable and eager to help us. The transaction with the loan officer went smoothly. He also gave us advise on how to get better interest rates and how to get the best deal with our home. Randell's team is the best and we don't have any regrets having him as our realtor!

Moving can be so stressful all on it’s own but of course for my family we had so many additional stressors of adding in a newborn one month before moving, having a toddler who is going through it all, finding out a family member has cancer and making a trip in between it all to see them, and all the little things life constantly throws at you on the daily.
