Monica couldn’t have made the process of selling our house any easier! We are 100% satisfied! She covered the cost to stage the house amd it was done with excellent taste. She even covered the cost to replace hardware on the interior doors to update the look. Advice to paint the interior wall white made all the difference. Wish it had looked like that when we lived in it.

Monica recently helped us fulfill our dream and move to the San Lorenzo Valley and live among the redwoods. She was very patient with us, as we figured out exactly what we wanted in a house. Something I VERY much appreciated about Monica is her calming disposition. We were moving in from out of state and so everything was new to us. Monica was always the steady hand at the wheel when surprises would arise - she was not surprised and in control. She is different from any agent you will meet around here - in a very good way! During the negotiation and execution of the deal she brought her calming demeanor and extensive knowledge. She was attentive and ever our advocate in every way. She was a tough negotiator and knew how to get the most out of the deal. Monica knew what the blindspots were in our perspective and with the property and always had our back. What a relief during a stressful time. I'm in sales, to the last agent I wanted to work with was a generic sales person. Monica is the opposite of generic. She strikes the perfect balance of calm, in control, engaged, focused, and a tough negotiator with high standards for her clients. Monica helped us through one of the biggest transitions of our lifetime! We moved from TX to CA, and we were looking for a really special place to call home in the Santa Cruz Mountains. Monica happily showed us MANY homes over several months, and we found her personality and way of communicating to be just perfect for us.
