Mike is excellent. We've known and worked with him for over 7 years. He is reliable, organized, on time, honest, and trustable. For example, he goes above and beyond to schedule the showings whenever it fit our schedule. Whenever a paperwork was to be prepared (offer, counter offer, condo documents etc), not only he had due diligence, he made the process seamless for us. He is dedicated and trustworthy; if something needed to be done in after hours or on the weekends, he was there ready to help us proceed. He gives you his honest opinion on the offers, but let you to decide whether to move forward or not. We recommend him with no hesitation.

It would behoove me if I didn't take the time to write this review (and we didn't even secure a home yet). Mike has been extremely tremendous as it relates to assisting my husband and I during a difficult seller's market. Mike has been attentive, responsive, knowledgeable and truly remarkable at teaching us as first time home buyers how to navigate. Mike spends the time walking through EVERY aspect of a house, ensuring that we are fully knowledgeable to his extent on every potential issue and/or selling point. The basics of a realtor is that they get to know your wants and needs, however, Mike takes it one step further by allowing us to see the home through his eyes as both a buying agent as well as someone who has their client's best interest at heart. At the end of each showing, should we like to move forward with an offer, he takes the time to go over what the best offer should be taking in ALL factors. We are truly fortunate to have the opportunity to continue to work with Mike through this crazy market and am more than confident we will secure something because of him. Mike is a tremendous asset to his team, and will be a tremendous asset to any current and future buyer.

Mike has been our realtor for several years now. He has helped us sell two houses and buy one house in that time. We found him to be exceptional and will continue relying on his expertise for our future real estate endeavors. One of the things that stood out about him is his process when selling a house. Most realtors just list a house and wait to see what happens and maybe have an Open House or two if it doesn’t sell whereas Mike made flyers, put posts on social media, scheduled open houses before the house was even on the market, and sent email blasts. Because of this efforts, we had an offer on one of our houses within 3 days of listing and the other house (one we had on the market for 5 months and ultimately were unable to sell several years prior) had an offer within 45 days. Mike was amazing! We were looking for a home during the beginning of the pandemic when things were very uncertain, and he was super communicative and helped us navigate the process in the weird new circumstances. We looked at lots of houses and Mike gave us great insight on each of them and helped us make an informed decision to buy the perfect house for us. He was also really helpful throughout the entire process once we signed a contract - we were buying with a VA loan and things were a little confusing at times with all the various parties involved, but Mike was always ready to answer our questions and help us sort it out. He was also pretty much the only other person we saw during those few months since everything was shut down, and I can honestly say we loved hanging out with him. We've joked since moving in that we want to keep looking at houses for fun just to spend time with Mike again!

He is persistent in reaching out to sources in getting answers to our questions. I used Mike as a buyer's agent for purchasing investment property in Baltimore. While I ultimately decided to postpone buying investment property for personal reasons, I plan on using Mike in the future when we are ready to invest.
