Brevard’s Best! Since moving to Florida in 2021 my wife and I have used Melissa twice for home purchases and once for a sale. She is patient, kind and caring and worked honestly and tirelessly to get us the best price as both a buyer and seller. There were no surprises and if there is a realtor more knowledgeable than her about market trends and analysis, we haven’t met him or her yet. We are grateful to have met her and will continue to recommend her to friends and family who want advice and assistance in buying or selling their home. In Brevard county, when picking a realtor, there is no other choice as far as I’m concerned. There are lots of realtors we could have used. None would have done as good or thorough a job. When the economy turned unfavorable, we were still able to sell our home and make a tidy profit. With Melissa, you’re not just getting a realtor, you’re getting a trusted friend. So thankful.

I can't recommend Melissa enough!!! Our family had to make a big decision to sell our home and buy another one fairly quickly. We had some life changing events going on and it was just a chaotic time for us. We had never worked with a realtor before and I was very skeptical. We wanted someone who wasn't just there to make a quick buck but also cared about our needs and what we wanted for our family. We were looking for someone to have integrity, be transparent and knowledgeable, and have good communication skills. Melissa was referred to us by our sales agent of our current home and although my husband went into it hopeful and optimistic, I had my reservations about the whole process. Loved working with Melissa, she was very pleasant, upbeat, attentive and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to help us look for our home, if we couldn't be there she said she would do video showings. At one point we had a difficult time deciding between two homes and Melissa was able to assist with our pick by putting things in perspective and I do not regret our decision. Melissa was a beacon of light in uncertain times! We were presented with the gargantuan task of relocating our family of four from Arizona to Melbourne, Fl. In the middle of this pandemic. When we did find our house, within a couple of days, we asked to view our house a few times via FaceTime and she fully accommodated us. Her attitude towards virtually showing us our home was always energetic and upbeat even while having to show us our home later into the evenings. She has been a joy to work with and we look forward to selling our home in the future AND purchasing a new one with her help in the future.
