Gary is the man. He helped my wife and I buy our first home and we were very happy with his help. He is knowlegable about the whole homebuying process and pointed out helpful things during house tours that it we would probably not have thought of. In the end, he also helped us negotiate a pretty favorable deal in regards to home repairs that the seller was going to have to do. The best part about working with Gary was it was obvious that he cared about our well being more than he cared about a paycheck. Throughout the process he repeated to us that our head and heart had to agree and if they didn't then that wasn't the house for us, and we would keep looking. Even after we had an offer accepted by the seller, Gary could sense some hesitation from my wife and called her unprompted to tell her that if we didn't feel comfortable with the agreement, we could just back out and find another house because we were still in the option period.
