As first time home buyers having Kimo To work with was an absolute godsend. He answered every call, always made time to answer our questions/ concerns and if he didn’t have an answer right away he always returned with an answer within a day or so. The very first meeting I had with him he had answers to questions i didn’t even know i had yet. Kimo is an outstanding agent. We meet with him in September as we decided to leave Santee and move to Carson City, Nevada. We weren't ready to list until January so we were just trying to get an idea of what he and other real estate agents had to offer when the time came. When Kimo arrived, he brought a customized book, which highlighted who he was, his accomplishments, who his team was and the comps around the neighborhood. It was probably at least 50 pages. He didn't want to commit to a price until we saw how the market was come January. Sometimes agents can be overzealous and really try throw an unrealistic number to get your business. After seeing how prepared he was compared to other real estate agents, we knew he was the one and signed with him in September. Kimo had amazing patience to wait until January with us and we're glad he did. He brought us 17 offers all over asking price, with the winning bid being 7% over asking because he knew how to price it right. This is what you need to trust him to do not just think you know what is best. He does this for a living. Although the market for sellers is good right now, it takes a unique individual and team to have the reach to bring in that many buyers. Once we got our offers, we then started working with Lorene. She is super kind, informative and always kept us in the loop on what was going on during Escrow. Selling can be stressful if you don't have someone you can trust that is handling all the paperwork and final negotiations. I can say this experience was super easy and never once did we stress out. We used the Kimo Quance Group for our recent home purchase in the Ramona area. We were selling and buying which proved to be a very stressful task.
