Kim Gifford helped us sell our 13 Kellogg Street house recently. We went on the market just after Thanksgiving and had several offers by the end of Jan! Kim is a great negotiator. She always was responsive to phone calls and texts. Kim has great contacts if you need repairs, septic fixes, electrical work, movers, etc. She was extremely professional with the buyer's realtor and kept in close contact for a smooth transaction. Kim got us to the finish line and we couldn't be more grateful!

To say how great Kim was, we need to share the experience with our first realtor. In 2019, our tenant was moving out and we were ready to sell. We chose a nice guy, but in the long run, not a motivated one. Two months went by, tenant moved out and I was not going to pay on another mortgage without rent coming in. I opted to take off the market. We have very little bites and the two we had were insultingly under asking. We did not feel supported. Fast forward to 2021. The hot market (and the fact I would not be underneath) meant it was time to put it back on the market. We found Kim. We read her reviews, inferred how kind and caring she was and then reached out to her to find out Inferences to be correct. Her access was impeccable. She seemed to answer every text even before I sent it... ?? I highly recommend her for your buying or selling needs.
