Ken was awesome! We completed a transaction from Northern California and were not able to be at the home for the walkthroughs or inspections. Ken was able to make sure that everything went smoothly when we couldn't be there. He provided us top quality videos and pictures of our new home during the entire process. I really liked working with Ken. He was considerably patient since we initially didn't know what area of San Diego we were looking for. He showed us a list of MLS homes that met our criteria. We picked homes ALL over San Diego county, and he created an itinerary to view all the homes. Set up appts in ones we needed to view. Made the home searching very efficient.

Our home was so poorly marketed that it sat for 90 days until the listing expired while an endless stream of the wrong buyers traipsed through it, apparently unimpressed with the "wow factor" upgrades and features of the property. We hired Ken for his marketing plan and network of resources, and received an offer for asking price within six days of his listing going live. I would give Ken 10 stars across the board, but the rating system only goes up to 5. Ken delivered on everything he said he would, and got us a higher than listed sales price to boot. After contracting with 2 other agents over the course of a year and receiving either low-ball offers (2nd agent) or no offers at all (1st agent), Ken received 2 offers almost right away. He closed the deal with minimal incremental costs to us - and within a very short time-frame. He is an awesome negotiator! I highly recommend Ken for all of you real estate needs.

The bottom line is that Ken sold our place which was not an easy task at all. Our place was listed for six months with another Realtor and had a few major amenities missing and we were still able to sell at a good price with Ken having an offer in two weeks after he took the listing. Nothing else really matters does it? If it does, then that was all good as well. I would recommend Ken as a selling Realtor to anyone.
