I never purchased a house and you can only google search so much. Thankfully Sal was there and was able to guide myself and my wife through everything. If I had a question or needed clarification on an issue Sal was always able to be reached whether phone call or text. We were able to do a 21 day escrow due to his efforts and his lenders efforts. First time homebuyer here - I went in thinking the process would be lengthy and difficult, but with Sal's help I don't think it could've be easier nor faster(ended up closing early.). Moving is a difficult task no matter where you start. My wife and I were first-time home buyers. We chose Andrew and Impact Real Estate because of the commitment to hands-on customer service and their expertise in our local area. All I can say is WOW! Andrew did not disappoint. Andrew was able to arrange showings in a very timely manner, usually same-day - always accommodating our whims. Andrew was always available to answer our (many) questions and worked in close contact with our mortgage processor to ensure seamless and real-time updates. We submitted multiple repair requests as part of our offer and Andrew was able to successfully negotiate every single item, saving us thousands of $$$. After closing, we had an issue with our seller taking trees out of the yard upon move-out (which were understood to be included in the home sale). Andrew immediately contacted the listing agent and remedied the issue in two weeks. Andrew literally came to our house and REPLANTED the missing trees. (I mean, down on his hands and knees, digging in the dirt, replacing mulch, etc.) Who does that??? All in all, if you want an agent you can trust to tenaciously work in your best interest, I wholeheartedly recommend Andrew. You can't go wrong. I look forward to being in this house for many years, but when it's time to find a new place, Andrew will be my first call.
