Joe is a diligent real estate agent. He is knowledgeable in regards to various real estate trends from popular models to hot areas to live to school systems, etc. He is a great researcher once you decide on price point for home purchase, preferred neighborhood, house requirements, etc. Joe also showed his expertise on the financial loan side of the deal. Having been a mortgage broker earlier in his career, he is an excellent resource for funding your home purchase. Lastly, he likes everyone and treats everyone with great respect. While he is still fairly young, he has great experience that can be brought to bare during the home purchase process.
