Agents like Roy change the real estate game!!! We took a chance on Roy because he was the sellers agent and if you ask anyone they will tell you that as a buyer you need your own agent to represent your own interests. We were of course concerned and cautious but we have been through a number of real estate transactions before so we felt like we would see any red flags if they presented themselves. Well, there were ZERO red flags and Roy guided us, reassured us and treated us as fairly as any agent ever has!! Roy bent over backwards to make the deal work. He always answered and replied to calls, messages and knew all the right people from loan brokers, inspectors, repairs, septic etc. Roy covered all the bases. His has a great ability to balance a great experience for the tenant and serve the owner's (me) needs for a successful rental experience. Matthew is a great property manager. He's quick to respond to any needs we may have. We rented a home from him last year and just renewed our lease. This home is a little older and had a couple things to be fixed and they were done so immediately. Anything we need can be done online or by email and it's very convenient.

Initially we were ready to sell to the tenant, but that deal fell through. With Jeff's guidance, we were able to sell the condo within 90 days of the tenant leaving. Wow! Ryan was INCREDIBLE. I met him after working with another realtor that I was not happy with. Ryan impressed me from the very beginning. He understood exactly what I was looking for, an investment home that would be owner occupied in the beginning. I expressed interest in multi-family units and Ryan went ABOVE AND BEYOND by downloading tax records and proactively reaching out (cold calling) to owners of multi-family units to try and put together an off market deal, as the supply of units on the market was very limited. I was blown away by his drive and ambition on this front. I ended up finding a great property in Jacksonville Beach, and we put in an offer within hours of it hitting the market. Unfortunately there were multiple other offers, which happened to be cash offers. However, Ryan was able to work his magic and convince the sellers agent to accept our offer. He was incredible to work with throughout the entire process, sharing his knowledge from his own experiences investing in real estate. We closed the deal within 30 days. Ryan has been helpful even after the deal has closed, checking in on me to see how everything is going and recommending professionals such as plumbers etc. when an issue arises.
