Jay swooped in and helped out our elderly residents by donating a HOUSEFUL of beautiful furniture, kitchen supplies, cleaning supplies etc. Not only that, but he helped his other clients have a seamless move because of him literally moving truckloads of goods with his trailer. We met Jay when he sold us our house years ago. We knew we wanted to use him to sell the home when the time came and boy were we right. Prep and listing. Jay lent us his network to get everything moving fast! Vendors asked how high when he said “jump”. He knew what would make the house shine and how to do it right. Listing and negotiation. Once listed, he had a strategy for qualifying and developing a credible set of buyers. We got over asking and it’s largely due to how he handled the first couple of days after listing - I think we had 16 walk throughs the first day. He advocated for us along the way and also was good at providing feedback on areas we were being boneheaded about. Sign to close. This is when we ran into several huge blockers, all somewhat random. We had a pool part blow up, flooded bathroom and kitchen ceiling and a struggling AC unit, all after we had moved out of state. Jay and Crystal were amazing at every turn and pulled out all the stops. They spent Memorial Day and Fathers Day at our house the entire day “getting stuff done”. I wouldn’t use anyone else but Jay and his team to sell a house!

Our son and his wife had hired Jay Marks and his team to sell their home in the spring of this year. It’s hard to get across how amazing someone is when they worked so tirelessly and selflessly to get my young family into our first home in a Google review, but I will certainly try. They were patient when it was probably hard to be (buying a home is hard stuff 😂), they connected us with ONLY the best people (lender, warranty, insurance, movers, etc.), they advocated for us when they thought something should be done a certain way, and they made us feel valued and cared for while we traversed the scary terrain that is first-time-home-buying.
