We visited Prescott in 2020, and loved the area. We wanted less heat than Phoenix, four seasons, trees, and a small town feel. And our needs were very specific: One story, 2400-2800 sq ft, and privacy. Three years later we decided to go for it. On a Friday night we found a home we liked via an online search, and requested more information. In a matter of minutes we received a call from the brokerage office, and the next morning Angela reached out to us. We didn't know Angela at all, but trusted that God would put us with the right person. And we are confident He did. Soon after, we visited several homes with Angela, ultimately making an offer on one. That contingent deal fell through because our Phoenix home didn't sell in a timely manner. For for the next 5 months we continued to show our home, watch the Prescott listings, and do our best to remain hopeful. During this time, Angela was constantly encouraging, enthusiastic, and optimistic. Every week she would check in with us to see how our showings were going, and discuss any Prescott homes we were interested in. When you're hoping to move, and your house doesn't sell for months, you need all the encouragement you can get. And Angela excelled in this way. She didn't give up on us or our dream. And the next day we drove up, found a home we wanted, and that night Angela submitted our offer. A month later we moved in. Boom!
