Nathan did an overall excellent job. He and his team helped us thru a number of challenges including finding contractors for painting the walls and sanding the hardwood floors in only 10 days and finding a structures company that could stabilize the foundation with state of the art technology at a considerable savings in money. Nathan and his colleagues were excellent in helping us to downsize. They were understanding of my wife's attachment to everything in the house and still able to complete the task on time. They found a talented group for placing the furniture, dishes, cleaning supplies, and 101 other things in the right places as we moved from a 4 bedroom Colonial to a 2 bedroom apartment. It made it much easier for us to adapt to a new setting. This is no small mater given our age - 82 and 78. Nathan's excellent assistant Michael was key to the process of finding potential buyers, negotiating a good price, and paying attention to details to get the sale completed in a timely way. The requirement of completing the structural work was an issue until Nathan and Michael figured out a novel way to complete the structural work and close on time.

We met Arina the day we started our house buying journey through a realtor pairing on Zillow. We were initially skeptical because of the brand new laws stating that we needed to sign with a realtor to view a house. Arina was very low pressure and offered to jump on a zoom call with us to explain everything in detail. Even during the call she assured us there was no pressure and answered a bunch of questions we had about home buying in general. We are so happy we went with Arina and took the leap because within two weeks we found our dream home. Arina was extremely organized and was available to us essentially 24/7. Had we went with a loan from the bank, we would’ve lost our house as it was a quick closing with 8 offers on the weekend. Arina also was so thoughtful to send us house warming gifts. She is organized, responsive & intelligent. I have already recommended her to my peers looking into buying a house and I will continue recommending her!

My wife and I sold a modest house in Silver Spring, Maryland. Our choice to have Arina represent us made life so easy. The only work we did was sign the contract. Ana was amazing. She's a lion when it comes to negotiating with buyers and all the trades we needed to get this 60 year old house through to the finish line. She knew that the estimates to repair something were super inflated and went the distance to get a fourth estimate which came in at almost half of what the lowest of the other estimates were. She was great in that she was a mile from the house and I was hours out of state and she did everything when it came to meeting with trades, finding me amazing people for clean out and flooring and carpeting, and did everything in a cost efficient manor and as fast as possible to get this sale through.
