Gia was an amazing partner to have in the home buying and selling process. He is very friendly, personable and knowledgeable in the process and customs of buying and selling real estate. He was very responsive to our needs and made himself available to us. He was able to expertly guide us through multiple offers to buy until we found our perfect home. On the selling front, Gia was able to coach us through each of our buyers so that we thoroughly understood each of our options. I have worked with multiple realtors before and I would definitely work with Gia again in the future.

We had a very disappointing experience with Jerry. He was uncommunicative, dismissive, and incredibly rude throughout our interactions. Instead of offering helpful guidance, he was condescending and made us feel like our questions and concerns were a burden. Communication was lacking, and he seemed more interested in rushing through the process than actually a problem solving. Buying/selling/renting a home is stressful enough without dealing with an agent who lacks basic courtesy and professionalism. I would not recommend him to anyone looking for a positive and respectful real estate experience.

Being a first time homebuyer is extremely stressful. There are so many questions and fears that present themselves when looking to make what is the biggest purchase of your life basically. We tried through another big agency with an assigned agent for months and got absolutely no traction. We were being outbid and outmaneuvered on every home we liked.
