I would not recommend Amy Rossano, she was ineffective in the negotiations of our home purchase this past January(2022). In our case she was practically submissive to the seller agent and in our opinion did not represent our interests. Maybe it was because our family was new to the area and had found the house we eventually purchased on our own. Whatever the reason, she never met with us during the process and pushed most of the heavy lifting onto her assistants, and the real estate lawyer she referred. The first time we met Amy was at the final inspection on the day we were set to close. We were stunned when she said the house was not ‘move-in ready’ - but did nothing to amend that. In the end, we were forced to buy a disaster of a house that will take us the next two years to make livable. I am certain if she had found the time to attend the viewing and inspections with us things might have gone differently- but perhaps not. It was apparent at closing she was only interested in making the sale and not representing us, her clients.

Amy was absolutely a pleasure to work with on the apartment we sold lately. Amy and Charles are very professional and knowledgeable. They have listened to our thoughts, suggested a good reasonable listing price and gave us some other tips. Throughout the process Amy was very responsive and made sure to keep us posted and to check with us on what is best for us.
