The easiest way to summarize Fisher Real Estate is that they are quintessentially masters of patience in customer service. We recently sold and upgraded to a new house in Redondo Beach and are thrilled with our new place, but it did not come quickly or easily. The sales process took just shy of a year because of a variety of issues, none of which Charlie Fisher and his team were responsible for. We originally listed in June 2022 right as the stock market declined, shortly after that the Fed began addressing inflation by increasing interest rates sharply and rapidly, we were in and fell out of escrow a few times for different reasons each time, his clients (mainly me) could be difficult to manage at times. The list goes on, but the main point is that it provides context for why I’d expect at times to see an Agent getting frustrated. Charlie once told me that he started his career in Real Estate during the late 2000’s housing crisis, his mindset being that if he could learn to operate in that environment then he’d be well positioned for success in kinder environments. Logic of the thought process aside, I have to imagine the challenge of learning his trade in this era helped him to hone his calm and collective nature and that permeates through his team. I think that it can be challenging at times to remove emotion from the process of buying and selling homes vs other assets, but in working with individuals like Charlie, Sylvette, and the rest of the Fisher Real Estate team whose patience provides a calming effect it helps to build trust. In turn this trust led us as the customer to feel secure in the relationship and confident that the team was there to help us make the right decisions for our family. In retrospect, aside from the obvious drawbacks of having your house for sale for nearly a year, the silver lining of that was we spent a lot of time connecting with the Fisher Real Estate team and they are awesome people that are a ton of fun to be around. The one note I’ll add about Charlie, and I’m hesitant to write this because I don’t want it taken too seriously, is that Charlie tends to be late… you just have to accept it, adjust accordingly, relentlessly give him a hard time about it, and move on. It is a small inconvenience for someone that hustles as hard as he does and "he’s working on it!" Highly recommend Fisher Real Estate and will absolutely work with them again!

Referred to him by a friend, Charles seemlessly took us from an introductory phone call all the way to the finish line of a new home for our family in about a month. To accomplish this in what has got to be the craziest real estate market in the history of man feels like a miracle, but I know it's just what Charles does. We decided to work with Charles because we wanted someone with local knowledge of the area just in case it helped give us a leg up in our search. And it was that local knowledge that got us our home, and without I'm sure we would still be looking. So yes, Charles accomplished the most important goal of finding us a home, but does he coast on that success? Absolutely not. He was always available to answer our myriad of questions throughout the process. And as busy as I can only imagine he was at this time, he always available to meet in person and punctual to boot. He went above and beyond in coordinating inspections, quotes, and recommendations. He truly made what should be a stressful process feel like a breeze. I can't think him enough.

Charles Fisher was hands down the best realtor my husband and I could have worked with. Among many others, we were one of the crazy ones who were house hunting during a global pandemic. We looked at 62 houses and put in 19 offers before we found our home and Charles was by our side the entire time. Because there were no open houses during this time, Charles came to every viewing with us, which is no easy feat and takes a lot of his time and energy. A couple of months into our search, we switched from looking in Los Angeles to looking in Orange County and Charles didn't miss a beat. Even though O.C. isn't his hub, every listing we looked at and loved Charles got to know the realtor very well, our offers were always in the top running and we were always aware of exactly what was going on with other offers - All because Charles developed a relationship with the seller's realtor, was professional, charming, and ON IT! His knowledge for the real estate market is incomparable, even as he adapted to learning about the new crazy market of the Covid pandemic! It made him easy to trust every step of the way with the biggest purchase of our life.
