Great experience. Communication was great. April exceeded my expectations in every way. She did her homework upfront and had several properties for us to view. As a first time relatively young buyers, both myself and my wife are deeply appreciative of April and how patient she was with us. I would like everyone to know how special and dedicated April is and how well she performed. April went above and beyond for me and my family and jumped through hoop after hoop until she got the results we needed. I also want everyone to know that when selling your home seems impossible, April can get the job done! And, if there is something she is not sure of she will find out. April CAN sell manufactured housing and CAN help transition from personal property to real property. This sets April aside from other agents. She successfully negotiated for the owner to make critical repairs to the house at their expense.
